Shengchi Mold Hot Air Fan is mainly used for mold and sand core drying, dehumidification, surface drying, maintaining the hot state of the mold and being able to remove moisture and moisture. It is particularly suitable for the overall on-site re baking and surface drying of large and medium-sized molds after box distribution, as a necessary equipment for the process when large and medium-sized molds are subjected to moisture, cold iron condensation, and cannot meet the casting process requirements after being divided into boxes and cores and baked in the mold furnace. This device has good thermal effect, low noise, and fast heat transfer. It is the most effective solution to optimize the casting process, ensure the quality of castings, especially to reduce (or eliminate) shrinkage porosity and eliminate porosity defects.
