The Shengchi temperature resistant fan adopts a specially designed high-temperature resistant motor, and there is a dedicated heat dissipation device between the wind wheel and the motor to protect the normal operation of the motor. It is suitable for use in high-temperature cycling environments, with an inlet temperature resistance of up to 230 ℃ and adopts air cooling.
Medium pressure and temperature resistant fan
1.There are two forms of fans: when viewed from one side of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone fan, represented by "right"; The impeller rotates counterclockwise and is referred to as the preferred fan, represented by "left".
2. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The transmission mode is all "A" type direct transmission.
Structural characteristics of fans
1.The fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, cooling blade, cooling device, and other parts.
2. The impeller adopts a multi wing centrifugal impeller, made of high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blades are designed based on aerodynamic principles. The material is made of high-quality steel plates with high strength and good durability, and has undergone strict dynamic and static balance correction. Good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
3. The air inlet adopts a converging streamlined vortex reduction form, which reduces airflow loss and improves the working efficiency of the fan.
4. Install a professionally designed heat dissipation device between the fan casing and the motor, and install a heat dissipation fan blade on the motor shaft head to ensure that the motor operates normally at high temperatures.
5. The motor adopts a special high-temperature motor (F-class, IP54, imported bearings), and the fluid part of the fan is made of heat-resistant materials, with reliable cooling structure performance.
